There’s a lot riding on the success of your event – whether it’s a product launch, a wedding, a concert or a film shoot. You’ve planned every detail, right down to the color of the napkins. The last thing you want is uninvited guests or visitors that cause disruption or damage property.

IPG has provided event security for everything from exclusive celebrity events to large conferences, from Toronto to Dubai. Our goal is to help ensure your guests have a fun and positive experience while protecting them from security breaches, mishaps and even violence.

We make a point of being as unobtrusive and as professional as possible while still ensuring that we are providing security detail commensurate with your needs. Whether it’s checking the validity of registrations, temporarily confiscating guest cell phones, or doing weapons screening, we will take care of the challenging, but important aspects of your event so you can focus on achieving your objectives.

One important aspect of well-run, secure events is traffic flow. We can work with you to identify how guests will enter your venue, where they are allowed to wander and who they have access to. We achieve these aims through cordoned areas, personal escorts, queues and rope barriers.

Should you have an unruly guest, protestors or even guests who’ve had too much to drink; we will discreetly and respectfully address each situation.

In the event there is some sort of emergency, such as a tornado, fire or firearm discharge, we will immediately transition to our lockdown or emergency protocols, depending on the situation. That may mean hastily escorting key guests out of the facility, neutralizing the shooter(s) or helping attendees exit the building quickly and safely.
