We provide corporations, luxury properties, and residential condominiums with highly trained, courteous professionals who have experience in the security field but are not dressed in traditional security uniforms. Wearing business suits, they bring a more subtle, yet highly professional presence to your building without sacrificing the competence and training of uniformed security guards.

While their first obligation is protecting your building and its occupants from security incidents, vandalism, and other emergencies, our concierges also act as a host for your business. They are able to monitor access to the building, handle deliveries, answer visitor questions and work with your team to keep the building well-maintained.

Safety & Security

Our security concierges are the first line of defense in providing security and restricting access. With training in specialties such as use of force, professional communication skills, and first aid, they are trained to watch for and act upon suspicious behaviors. For you more prestigious clients or residents, our services offer personnel that are also trained for personal protection. All our personnel will receive 911 emergency training, specific to your site, that involve elevated crisis situations (e.g. active shooter, bomb threats)

Following your unique protocols, they screen visitors, prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the premises, sign guests in and out, and remove anyone who is causing a disturbance in a direct, professional manner. Their duties also include patrolling the grounds, checking key areas (e.g., mechanical, electrical rooms, parking lot), and being prepared for unexpected emergencies such as fires or waterline breaks.

Lobby Management

It’s inefficient to have a security professional available 24/7 but not be consistently utilized, so we have recruited a team of security professionals who are equipped to manage a range of other lobby-oriented tasks. Our officers will welcome and sign-in guests as they arrive, provide directions to visitors, receive and release deliveries, and greet contractors.

Building Caretaker

Our executive concierge professionals help you protect your capital investments by assisting your trade technicians with regular inspection patrols and monitoring. They will even record readings for key systems, for example, ensuring the temperature in your data center isn’t too high or periodically inspecting the HVAC equipment. If a problem arises, they will quickly alert other team members to mitigate the problem.
