OUR BEGINNINGS
We’ve watched the demand for professional security services surge over the years, along with higher expectations for security personnel. Communities now recognize the true meaning of quality, professionalism, and competency, and they refuse to settle for less. Unfortunately, industry standards haven’t always kept pace, and we’ve witnessed a plateau—even a decline—in the training and overall quality of many security providers.
Drawing on more than 60 combined years of physical security experience, 30 years in VIP Protection Operations, and 18 years in the hospitality and events sector, we saw an opportunity to reverse this trend. Our guiding principle is simple: people are the product in security. By investing in relevant, progressive training, we equip our team with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the high-caliber protection you deserve.
Our ultimate goal is to elevate security personnel so they stand on par with other first responders—police, fire, and paramedic services. This means embodying professionalism, accountability, competency, and integrity in everything we do, showing the world that a career in physical security can be just as respected and impactful as any other public safety profession.
